Sealed bids for the continuation of the Medical Insurance Cover at the State Fertilizer Company Limited from 18.11.2026 up to 17.11.2026 will be accepted by the Chairman of the Department Procurement Committee from 03.09.2026 up to 24.09.2026. 02. Only Insurance Companies registered in the Insurance Regulatory Commission can participate for this bid. 03. Relevant specimen forms and conditions for this bid can be obtained from 03.09.2026 up to 23.09.2026 on working days of the week between 9.00 a.m and 3.30 p.m on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,500.00 (Three Thousand Five Hundred Only) in cash to the cashier at the Head Office of the State Fertilizer Company Limited at Lakpohora Swarna Jayanthi Mawatha, Hunupitiya, Wattala. 04.
