Tenders are invited for Consultant Trainer/Editor for Gender-Sensitive Reporting Cambodian Center for Independent Media (CCIM) is implementing a media development initiative aimed at strengthening journalists and media professionals capacity to produce ethical, inclusive, and gender-sensitive reporting. The project, funded by the Canada Embassy, seeks to improve media coverage of gender issues, amplify diverse voices, challenge harmful stereotypes, and promote balanced representation of women, men, girls, boys, and gender-diverse individuals in news reporting. To support this effort, CCIM seeks to engage an experienced Trainer/Editor to conduct training, provide mentoring support, and guide participants in producing high-quality gender-sensitive stories. Facilitate two 3-day training sessions on gender-sensitive journalism and GBV reporting with 40 CJs. Develop training modules and materials, as well as observation reports summarizing key topics covered, participant engagement, and learning outcomes Conduct a 5-day field mentoring visit with 18 CJs.
