Quotation are invited for Event Management Services to Organize Two 3-Days Trainings for Hotline Operators: 20-22 October and 10-12 November 2026, Lviv, Ukraine Within the ExB Project "SPU II - Strengthening Capacities of Ministry of Internal Affairs and its Affiliated Agencies for Emergency Response, Communication and Psycho-Social Support for Veterans and their Families" Conducting specialized training for hotline personnel on respectful, trauma-informed communication and effective response to calls from veterans or their family members it is planned to conduct two 3-days trainings.
