The Subject Of Performance Also Includes Engineering Activities, Which Consists In The Preparation Of All Documentation Necessary For The Implementation Of A Specific Subject Of Performance, Which Will Be Defined Within The Framework Of Separate Implementation Contracts (Some Realizations May Already Be Prepared By The Client, Including A Static Assessment), As Well As Documentation Of The Actual Execution Of The Construction And Processing Of All Permits Required By Law For Implementation And For Putting The Pv Or Bess System Into Permanent Operation. Part Of The Scope Of Performance Will Also Be The Provision Of Cooperation By The Contracting Authority In Handling The Connection Of Pv Plants Or Bess To The Distribution System, As Well As The Provision Of Cooperation In Securing Authorization For The Production Of Electricity.
