The Subject Object Is An Existing Apartment Building In The Street Lidová 776 - 778, Bělá Pod Bezdězem, Used Mainly For Living. Construction Modifications Concern The Roof Structure Of The Building. The Proposed Works Will Be Carried Out On The Existing Roof Without Changing The Basic Floor Plan And Height Arrangement Of The Building. The Subject Of Construction Modifications Is Not A Change In The Purpose Of Use Of The Building Or A Change In The Layout Of The Housing Units.The Contract For The Work Will Be Signed Immediately After The End Of The Tender Process And The Selection Of A Suitable Supplier, The Implementation Of The Contract Will Take Place Between March And June 2027.
