Tenders Are Invited For Maintenance Of Thermal And Ventilation Installations To Be Carried Out In The School And Administrative Buildings Of The French Community And The S.P.A.B.S. Hainaut, Located In The Territory Managed By The Hainaut Regional Directorate Of The General Directorate Of Infrastructure, As Part Of Its Mission.

This Contract Is A Public Service Contract For Supplies, Transport, Labor And All Means Of Execution Relating To Maintenance And Repairs Of Thermal And Ventilation Installations In School And Administrative Buildings Of The French Community (*) And The S.P.A.B.S. Hainaut Located In The Territory Managed By The Hainaut Directorate Of The General Directorate Of Infrastructure As Part Of Its Mission. This Contract Is Divided Into Six Lots Corresponding To Six Geographical Zones Defined Below. All Lots Include The Same Services. The Six Lots Cannot Be Assumed By A Single Contractor. A Maximum Of Two Lots Can Be Awarded To An Entrepreneur. However, Depending On The Number Of Regular Offers, The Administration May, If Necessary, Award More Than Two Lots To A Bidder In Order To Guarantee The Execution Of Services In All Lots In The Province Of Hainaut Under The Cover Of This Open Procedure.
