Background:The City Of Vancouver’S Engineering Department’S Kent Yard Asphalt Plant, Located At 900 East Kent Avenue, S.E., Is Integral To The City’S Major Capital Paving Projects, As Well As Regular Maintenance Work To Keep Streets Safe And Clear, Such As Filling Potholes, Sealing Cracks, And Making Emergency Repairs.
