With This Tender, Summa Wants To Conclude A Framework Agreement With A Maximum Of Three Parties, Who Are Able To Fulfill The Requested Needs For Coach Transport Within Summa. The Three Parties Will Receive Orders To Carry Out Coach Transport From The Entire Organization Through Mini Competitions. This Assignment Includes Both One-Day Trips And Multi-Day Trips. One-Day Journeys Include Pick-Up And Return Journeys As Well As Day Trips. The Contractors Are Responsible For The Correct Execution Of The Required Coach Transport During The Contract Period, Taking Into Account All Applicable Laws And Regulations. The Size Of The Assignment, Based On Historical Data, Amounts To Approximately €120,000 Including Vat On An Annual Basis, Resulting In Approximately €100,000 Excluding Vat. The Costs In Recent Years Have Been Fairly Stable, Which Is Partly Why It Is Expected That These Costs Will Remain Stable In The Coming Years. With A Maximum Term, As Described In Paragraph 1.4 Of 4 Years Including Possible Extensions, The Estimated Value Of This Assignment Amounts To A Value During The Term Of € 400,000 Excl. Vat.
