In Order To Better Guarantee The Continuity Of Fellenoord 2040 For The Longer Term, There Is A Need To Enter Into A Long-Term Partnership With Market Parties To, On The One Hand, Meet The Personnel Needs Of The Organization, Whereby Fellenoord2040 Borrows Capacity And (Specialist) Expertise From Relevant Framework Contractors, And On The Other Hand, For The Provision Of Engineering And Consultancy Services. The Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement Is Approximately €40 Million (Excl. Vat) Over The Entire Term, Including Extension Options, Indexations, Any Collective Labor Agreement Adjustments And Other Options. This Estimate Concerns The Total Of Further Assignments And Is Indicative In Nature. No Rights Can Be Derived From This Estimate. The Stated Value Does Not Constitute A Purchase Obligation For The Client.
