The Purpose Of This Public Tender Is To Coordinate And Execute The 5Th Puerto Varas Community Youth Meeting “Festival Here”, By Contracting The Goods And Services Necessary For The Development Of A Community Youth Meeting Event That Articulates Artistic, Sports, Cultural, Recreational, Educational And Civic Expressions, Promoting Active Participation, Inclusion, Coexistence And Recognition Of Youth As Protagonists Of Local Development, Ensuring Adequate Safety Conditions, Accessibility, Logistics, Operation And Participation For An Estimated Call Of Between 700 And 1,000 Young People From The Commune, According To The Conditions Established In These Administrative Bases, Technical Requirements And Annexes That Are Part Of Them And The Clarifications That Were Made To Them. The Contracting System Will Be Tendered In A Public Proposal And Published On The Portal Www.Mercadopublico.Cl.The Activity Is Planned To Take Place On A Day In September 2026, In The Premises Of The Municipal Coliseum Of Puerto Varas.However, For Duly Justified Operational, Administrative, Climatic, Security Or Institutional Interest Reasons, The Illustrious Municipality Of Puerto Varas May Modify The Date And/Or Venue Of The Activity, Maintaining Its Execution Within The Second Half Of 2026 And Within The Communal Territory.If Modifications Are Made, These Will Be Promptly Communicated To The Successful Bidder, Who Must Adopt The Necessary Measures To Ensure The Correct Execution Of The Contracted Services, Without Substantially Altering The Purpose Of The Contract.The Awarded Entity Must Fully Execute The Technical, Logistical, Operational And Programmatic Production Of The 5Th Puerto Varas Community Youth Meeting “Festival Here”, Contemplating The Provision Of Infrastructure, Equipment, Human Resources, Specialized Services And Activities Necessary For Its Correct Execution.The Reference Date Of Completion Will Be September 27, 2026 And The Reference Venue Will Be The Puerto Varas Municipal Coliseum. However, The Municipality May Modify The Date, Time Or Place Of Execution For Well-Founded Reasons Of An Operational, Administrative, Climatic, Security Or Institutional Interest Nature, And Must Inform The Successful Bidder In A Timely Manner.The Awarded Entity Must Designate A Technical Counterpart Responsible For Coordination With The Municipal Technical Unit Before, During And After The Event.All Suppliers, Groups, Organizations And Services Indicated In These Bases Have A Referential Nature, And May Be Replaced By Equivalent Or Superior Alternatives That Prove Experience, Technical Quality And Relevance For The Development Of Activities, After Validation By The Municipal Technical Unit. The Event Programming Will Have As A Reference The Following Time Structure, Which May Be Adjusted By The Municipal Technical Unit For Operational, Climatic, Technical Or Institutional Reasons.
