Design Support Services – Cultural And Architectural Programming Of The Salvatore Adamo House Museum And Supervision Of The Project Author’S Mission. The Objective Of This Contract Is To Appoint A Specialist In Cultural And Architectural Programming, In Order To Support The Operational Translation Of The Salvatore Adamo House Project Into A Museum And Cultural Place With A Strong Tourist Vocation. It Will Be A Question Of Defining The Orientations, Uses And Functionalities Making It Possible To Articulate, Within The Building And Its Surroundings, A Double Ambition: The Enhancement Of Heritage And The Implementation Of A Living Museum, Whose Dynamic Is Based On Artistic Programming And The Reception Of Creators. The Expected Services Will Also Include Expertise In Consultation And Collaborative Governance, With A View To Ensuring The Territorial Anchoring Of The Project And The Promotion Of Local Musical Creation. The Team Must Consist Of At Least: >An Architect Or Civil Architect Engineer >An Expert In Cultural Engineering >An Expert In Collective Intelligence This Contract Is Divided Into 5 Parts And It Is A Contract With Firm And Conditional Installments. The Firm Tranche Concerns Part 1, Parts 2, 3, 4 And 5 Being Conditional Tranches And Are Therefore Likely Not To Be Ordered By The Contracting Authority Depending On The Evolution Of The Project, Its Financial Possibilities Or For Any Other Reason Specific To It. The Service Provider Is Informed That The Contracting Authority May Interrupt The Mission After Each Of The Phases For Reasons Specific To It, Without Resulting In Any Compensation For It.
