Cleaning Services – Procurement Of Sipoo Municipalitys Cleaning And Food Services 2027-2031. The Municipality Of Sipoo Is Requesting Bids For The Provision Of Cleaning And Food Services For School And Daycare Facilities Located In Various Parts Of Sipoo. Cleaning And Food Services Are Performed On Weekdays From Monday To Friday. A More Detailed Description Of The Procurement Object Is Described In The Attachments Of The Request For Tender. The Contract Is Valid From 28.6.2027 To 29.6.2031 And The Subscriber Has The Option To Extend The Contract Period After The Basic Contract Period With One Two (2) Year Option Period From 30.6.2031 To 3.7.2033. The Subscriber Decides And Announces The Use Of The Option Period No Later Than Six (6) Months Before The End Of The Basic Contract Period. The Customer Will Choose One (1) Supplier For The Production Of Cleaning And Food Services For The Service To Be Procured. The Need And/Or Content Of The Services May Change As The Organization And Tasks Change. If The Need And/Or Volume Of The Services Changes Significantly During The Contract Period, The Customer Assesses When There Have Been Such Essential Or Significant Changes In Its Operations And/Or The Need For Cleaning And Food Services That The Services Must Be Re-Tendered According To Section 136 Of The Procurement Act.
