Engineering Services – Providing Engineering Work For The Reconstruction Of The Tram Line /Seifertova - Táboritská - Jičínská (To The End Of The Section Above Přemyslovská Street)/ And Adjacent Roads. The Client Is An Operator Of Public Transport In Prague And The Surrounding Region. The Purpose Of This Sectoral Public Contract Is The Conclusion Of A Contract, The Binding Draft Of Which Is Annex No. 1 Of The Procurement Documentation (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract), On The Basis Of Which The Following Activities Will Be Implemented Within The Construction Called Reconstruction Of The Tram Line / Seifertova - Táboritská - Jičínská (To The End Of The Section Above Přemyslovská Street) And Adjacent Roads (Hereinafter Referred To As The Construction). The Selected Contractor Will Be Obliged To Ensure The Implementation Of All Investor And Engineering Activities, In Particular To Ensure The Handover Of The Construction Site, The Performance Of The Investors Technical Supervision (According To Tdi), The Performance Of The Health And Safety Coordinator, Any Property Settlement, Commissioning Of The Building, Its Approval And Activation. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Given In The Contract. The Scope Of Performance Of Tdi, Including The Construction Manager, Is Based On The Price List For Proposing Tender Prices For Project Work And Engineering Activities Of Unika (Appendix No. 15) Valid At The Time Of The Conclusion Of The Contract – Recommended Content And Scope Of Performance Of Technical Supervision Of The Client (Builder).
