The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Offer Of Vehicles Whose Country Of Origin - Within The Meaning Of Art. 60 Of Regulation (Eu) No 952/2013 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Establishing The Union Customs Code - Are Third Countries That Are Not Signatories Of The Gpa Agreement Or Other Similar International Agreements Ensuring Reciprocity Of Access To The Public Procurement Market In The Eu, Regardless Of The Location Of The Factory Where The Vehicle Was Physically Assembled.
