The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of The Following Main Activities: Activity 1 - Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase The Contractor Prepares An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase In Scope And Content According To The Territorial Planning Act, Ordinance No. 4 Of 21.05.2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects, Ordinance No. Rd-02-20-2 Of 03.07.2024 For Design, Construction And Operation Of Water Supply Systems, Ordinance No. 4 Of 17.06.2005 On The Design, Construction And Operation Of Building Water Supply And Sewage Installations And Other Applicable Regulations. The Technical Project Includes At Least The Following Parts And Developments: - Part Geodesy - Part Water Supply And Sewerage; - Part Safety And Health Plan (Shp); - Part Construction Waste Management Plan (Cwmp); - Part Fire Safety (Pb); - Accounting Documentation - Quantitative (Cs), Quantitative - Value Accounts (Css), Incl. Of Dismantling Works; - General Explanatory Note; - Other Parts At The Participants Discretion. Activity 2 - Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works (Cms) The Contractor Performs All Construction And Assembly Works Provided For In The Approved Investment Project, The Construction Permit, The Technical Specification And The Contract. Implementation Of The Smp Can Begin Only After: Approval Of The Investment Project; Entry Into Force Of The Construction Permit; Handing Over The Approved Investment Project And The Construction Permit To The Builder; Drawing Up The Applicable Protocol For Opening The Construction Site And Determining The Construction Line And Level, According To Ordinance No. 3 Of 07/31/2003; Certification Of The Order Book Of The Construction; Fulfillment Of The Other Legally Established Prerequisites For Starting Construction. Construction Includes All Supplies, Dismantling, Earthworks, Installation, Restoration, Testing And Other Works Necessary For The Construction Of A Fully Completed, Operable And Suitable For Commissioning Construction. The Construction Must Include The Implementation Of All Types Of Construction And Assembly Works For The Implementation Of The New Water Supply System On The Land Property. All Construction Products And Materials Used In Construction Must Comply With The Approved Investment Project And The Applicable Regulatory Requirements. For Them, Declarations Of Performance, Declarations Of Characteristics, Ce Marking And/Or Other Documents Of Conformity Are Submitted, Where The Corresponding Document Is Applicable To The Specific Product According To The Current Legislation. The Contractor Draws Up And Provides All Acts, Protocols, Declarations, Certificates, Executive Documentation, Executive Documentation, Geodetic Surveys, Test Reports, Construction Waste Management Documents And Other Documents That Are Within His Competence.
