Supply Services Of Personnel Including Temporary Staff – Rok Hiring Communications Advisors 2027 - 2030. The Clients Aim Is To Reach A Framework Agreement With 3 (Three) Contractors On The Basis Of This European Public Tender Procedure In Accordance With The Public Procurement Act 2012, Whereby The Communications And Cabinet Affairs Department Of The Client Can Provide Its Separate (Part) Assignments To The Contracted Contractors Without Having To Go Through Separate Tender Procedures. This Assignment Consists Of Supplying Communications & Cabinet Affairs Professionals For Hire And Concerns A Framework Agreement With An Estimated Value Of €2,140,000. The Stated Amount Is An Indication, Therefore No Rights Can Be Derived From The Stated Amount. The Order Value Over The Total Term Of The Framework Agreement Is Capped At 150% Of The Amount As Stated Above Under Size Of Order. This Leads To A Maximum Order Value Excl. Vat Of This Tender Of €3,210,000. Once This Value Has Been Reached, The Framework Agreement May Only Be Used In Accordance With The Provisions Of Articles 2.163A To 2.163G Of The Public Procurement Act 2012. If These Provisions Can No Longer Be Invoked, The Framework Agreement Will No Longer Have Any Effect And The Municipality May No Longer Use It, Regardless Of The Remaining Term Of The Framework Agreement. In That Case, If The Maximum Value Has Been Reached Or Will Be Exceeded Very Soon, The Framework Agreement Will Be Terminated By The Municipality With The Contractor With A Notice Period Of One Month. This Termination Does Not Give Rise To Any Right To Compensation From The Municipality To The Contractor.
