Repair And Maintenance Services Of Electrical And Mechanical Building Installations - Maintenance W-Installations Of Municipal Buildings - Municipality Of Oirschot. This Tender Concerns Approximately 170 Installations (12 Real Estate Objects) Whose Mechanical (Climate) Installations Must Be Maintained. The Municipality Of Oirschot Wants To Have A Framework Agreement For This Maintenance As Of January 1, 2027. The Scope Of The Framework Agreement Includes Corrective Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance (Including Planned Maintenance, Statutory Inspections Scios Scope 1 To 7, Nox, Co Emission Measurements, Planned Scios Inspections Of Gas Installations, Repair Of Damage And Replacement (Parts) Of Installations Based On The Mjop. The Maximum Term Of The Agreement Is Four (4) Years, Consisting Of Two (2) Initial Years With The Option To Extend Two (2) Times One (1) Year. During The Term An Estimated 50 Partial Orders Are Awarded Annually For The Maintenance And Resolution Of Malfunctions And Complaints, As Well As Approximately 20 Partial Orders For The Replacement Of (Partial) Installations.
