Cleaning And Sanitation Services – Cleaning Services Town Hall Municipality Of Gemert-Bakel. The Objective Of The Assignment Is To Ensure A Hygienic And Clean Working Environment In The Municipal Office Building Where The Employees Experience As Little Inconvenience As Possible Due To The Work. The Municipality Also Considers It Important That People Who Are Distanced From The Labor Market And People With Disabilities Participate In The Labor Process. Pursuant To Article 2.82 Of The Public Procurement Act 2012, Participation In This Tender Procedure Is Reserved For Sheltered Workshops, Companies Whose Main Objective Is The Social And Professional Integration Of Disabled Or Disadvantaged People, Or Sheltered Employment Programs. The Condition Is That At Least 30% Of The Employees Within The Relevant Sheltered Workshop, Company Or Program Consist Of Disabled Or Disadvantaged Employees. The Municipality Of Gemert-Bakel Strives For A Hygienic, Visibly Clean, Healthy And Pleasant (Working) Environment For All Employees, Visitors And Users Of The Town Hall. This Must Be Achieved With Minimal Disruption Due To Cleaning Work, So That Daily Activities Can Take Place Undisturbed. To Achieve This Objective, The Municipality Will Enter Into An Agreement With One Service Provider. The Agreement Is Entered Into For A Period Of Two (2) Years With The Option To Extend Twice (2) Times For 2 Years Each Time. The Effective Date Of The Agreement Is April 1, 2027.
