Office Supplies – Interdepartmental Joint Purchase Of Office Supplies For The Ministry Of Interior And Ministry Of Interior. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Supply Of Office Supplies, The List Of Which With The Required Parameters Is Given In Appendix No. 3 Of The Zd. In This Appendix, The Contracting Authority States, Taking Into Account The Experience To Date, The Expected Amount Of Office Supplies During The Next 48 Months. This Public Contract For Supplies Is Awarded In Accordance With The Central State Procurement And The Decision Of The Minister Of Agriculture Of The Czech Republic Dated 30/06/2020 On Joint Procurement, Departmental Joint Procurement, Central State Procurement And Interdepartmental Joint Procurement, In An Open Procedure According To § 56 Zzvz. The Central Contracting Authority Awards A Public Contract For Itself And For Other Contracting Authorities (Hereinafter Referred To As Authorizing Contracting Authorities) In Accordance With § 9 Paragraph 1 Letter B) Zzvz On The Basis Of The Contract On Centralized Procurement. In The Subsequent Performance Of This Public Contract, The Central Contracting Authority Will Act In The Same Position As The Other Authorizing Contracting Authorities.
