Diesel Oil – Delivery (Purchase) Of Diesel Oil For Vehicles Of Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacji Samochodowej W Słupsk Spółka Akcyjna. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Diesel Oil, Consisting In Enabling The Refueling Of Vehicles Belonging To The Ordering Party At The Contractors Gas Station. 2. The Order Will Be Fulfilled By Refueling Vehicles Belonging To The Ordering Party (Currently The Ordering Party Has 84 Buses And 4 Cars) At The Contractors Gas Stations. The Frequency Of Refueling Will Depend On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party. 3. The Expected Demand For Diesel Oil During The Period Covered By The Order (12 Months) Is 1,300,000 Liters. 4. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Amount Of Diesel Oil Is An Estimated Value, Therefore Marking It At This Level Does Not Cause Any Negative Consequences For The Ordering Party, In Particular It Does Not Change The Discount If It Is Necessary To Order A Larger Or Smaller Amount Of Fuel During The Period Covered By The Contract. The Ordering Party Will Purchase Appropriate Quantities Of Diesel Oil Based On Actual Needs.
