In Contrast To Restaurants, Event-Related Catering Not Only Satisfies The Basic Needs Of Hunger And Thirst, But Also Supports A Cultural Need For Communication And Experience And Gives Guests A Feeling Of Warmth And Welcome. Catering Therefore Covers A Wide Range Of Services, From The Professional Production, Serving And Provision Of Food And Drinks To The Temporary Setting Up Of A Catering Business According To Customer Requirements. The Catering Must Always Be Designed, Planned And Carried Out In Relation To The Event (Internal/External) And In Coordination With Asmv. This Means That The Catering Services Must Be Adapted To The Event-Specific Circumstances And The Respective Audience (Consumer Trade Fair, Business Conference, Shareholders Meeting, Etc.) At Any Time And, If Requested By Asmv And/Or The Guest Organizer, Even At Short Notice. Particular Attention Should Be Paid To The Variety And Type Of Food (Dishes With A Higher Or Medium Cost Of Goods Sold) As Well As The Differentiated Range Of Drinks. Customer Requests Usually Range From Main Catering Of Good And/Or Superior Quality To Intermediate Catering Through To Basic Catering Via Vending Machines As Well As A Conference Service And Stand Catering. On The Day Of The Announcement, The Contractual Services Are Defined, Which Are Presented In Detail In Appendix 1 “Description Of Services” Of The Concession Agreement.
