The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor To Provide Hotel Accommodation For The Needs Of The Ivan Vazov National Theater - Sofia In The Country And Beyond. The Order Includes Provision Of Accommodation For Individual And Group Travel Of Employees, Guests And Other Persons, As Well As For Events Requiring Accommodation Of Groups Of People, In 3★, 4★ And 5★ Hotels. Accommodations Are Realized On The Territory Of The Country And Outside It, During Business Trips, Welcoming Guests, Participation In Events, Festivals, Guest Performances And Of Other Nature. The Parameters Of Each Individual Accommodation Are Specified In A Specific Inquiry Submitted By E-Mail By A Representative Of The Contracting Authority During The Term Of The Contract. The Inquiry Shall Specify At A Minimum: Dates Of Accommodation, Location, Hotel Classification, Number Of Nights And Persons (Specific Or Indicative) And Requirements For Single/Double/Group Accommodation. The Specific Parameters And Requirements For The Implementation Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification Appendix No. 1 To This Documentation. Deadline For The Execution Of The Order: 12 (Twelve) Months Or Until The Financial Limit Under The Contract Is Exhausted.
