The Estimated Global Value Of The Contract Is Equal To Euro 424,917.78 (Four Hundred And Twenty-Four Thousand Nine Hundred And Seventeen/78), Net Of Vat And Other Legal Taxes And Contributions, With Security Costs For Interference Risks Equal To Euro 0.00 (Zero/00), For The Maximum Duration, Including The Option Of Extension, Equal To 18 Months. This Overall Value Is Divided As Follows: - €320,382.75 Net Of Vat For The Basic Duration Of 12 Months, Made Up Of: (I) €239,572.38, Not Subject To A Reduction, For The Supply Component; (Ii) 80,810.37 Euros As The Supply Management Fee For Ancillary Services To Be Discounted, Without Prejudice To The Labor Component (67,341.98 Euros) Not Subject To A Discount; - 104,535.03 Net Of Vat For Optional Services Divided As Follows: -- 33,715.4 Euros For The Optional Duration Of A Further 6 Months, Made Up Of: (I) 25,202.60 Euros, Not Subject To A Discount, For The Supply Component; (Ii) 8,512.80 Euros As Supply Management Fee For Ancillary Services To Be Discounted, Without Prejudice To The Labor Component (7,094.00 Euros) Not Subjected To A Discount; -- 70,819.63 Euros As The Maximum Amount For Any Increases Pursuant To Art. 120, Paragraph 1 Letter. A) And Paragraph 9 Of The Code Of Which (I) Euro 52,955.00 For The Supply Component; (Ii) 17,864.63 Euros As Supply Management Fee For Ancillary Services. The Amount Of The Supply Component, Not Subjected To A Reduction, Is Estimated And Constitutes The Maximum Limit Of The Related Contractual Expense. The Services Will Be Requested Through The Issuance Of Specific Implementation Contracts, Normally Adopted On A Monthly Basis, Up To The Maximum Contractual Amount, Without This Giving Rise To Any Right Of The Contractor To Reach The Aforementioned Maximum Amount, Depending On The Actual Business Needs And The Progressive Migration Process Towards Digital Use Methods Of The Publications. The Implementation Contracts May Be Issued Up To The Maximum Amount Of The Framework Agreement, Without This Giving The Contractor Any Right To Reach The Aforementioned Amount. The Value Of Each Implementation Contract Will Be Determined By Applying To The Quantities Actually Requested: (I) The Cover Prices Of The Requested Editorial Publications, For The Supply Component; (Ii) The Monthly Fee For Supply Management, For The Service Component.
