The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Preparation Of Comprehensive Project Documentation For The Restoration And New Functional Use Of The Premises Of The Immovable Cultural Monument Chleborádovy Vila At The Address Smetanova 756/14, 602 00 Brno, Including Janáčeks House And The Adjacent Garden, In Order To Create The Leoš Janáček Center As A Museum, Educational, Cultural And Visitor Complex Focused On The Presentation Of The Life And Work Of Leoš Janáček And The Further Development Of His Legacy. The Project Solution Will Also Include The Design Of A Permanent Exhibition And Its Coordination With The Construction, Interior And Technological Solution Of The Area, To The Extent Set By The Tender Conditions. The Subject Of The Requested Performance Is: A) Preparation Of Project Documentation For The Construction Permit, Or Plan (Hereinafter Referred To As Dpz), Including The Processing Of All Documents Necessary For Submitting An Application For A Building Permit, In Accordance With Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act, As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As Stz); To The Extent Corresponding To This Level Of Documentation, The Dpz Will Also Include The Conceptual Architectural, Spatial, Technical And Technological Solution Of The Permanent Exhibition And Its Coordination With The Construction, Interior And Technological Solution Of The Area. (Hereinafter Also Referred To As 1St Partial Performance - Dpz) B) Engineering Activities, I.E. Discussion Of The Dpz With The Concerned Authorities And Other Relevant Persons, Provision Of Opinions, Binding Opinions, Statements, Consents And Any Other Acts Required By Legal Regulations, Their Incorporation Into The Dpz And Provision Of Other Actions Necessary For Obtaining A Building Permit, Or Of The Plan (Hereinafter Referred To As Engineering Activity); (Hereinafter Also Referred To As 2Nd Partial Performance – Engineering Activity To Ensure Dpz) C) Preparation Of Project Documentation For Construction Implementation Incl. A List Of Works, Supplies And Services With A Bill Of Quantities (Hereinafter Referred To As Pdps) In The Details Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Construction And For Its Use As Part Of The Procurement Documentation Of A Public Contract For Construction Works (Including Respecting The Rules For Establishing Technical Conditions And The Use Of Direct Or Indirect References To Specific Products, Manufacturers, Suppliers, Trademarks, Etc. According To § 89 Paragraphs 5 And 6 Zzvz); Part Of This Partial Performance Will Also Be The Processing Of The Implementation Documentation Of The Permanent Exhibition, Interior And Exhibition Equipment And Related Technologies In Such Detail That, Based On It, It Is Possible To Clearly Define The Subject Of Performance, Prepare An Offer, Evaluate The Relevant Supplies And Services, And Then Implement The Exhibition And Related Equipment; This Documentation Must Be Able To Form The Basis Of The Procurement Documentation Of One Or More Subsequent Public Contracts; Part Of This Performance Is Also The Provision Of Cooperation Of The Supplier To The Contracting Authority In The Awarding Of One Or More Subsequent Public Contracts For The Construction, Permanent Exhibition, Interior And Exhibition Equipment And Related Technologies, In Particular The Processing Of Draft Responses To Requests For Clarification Of The Procurement
