Actuarial Services – Services For Calculating The Commitment Of The Supplementary Pension Plan By Capitalization And Carrying Out Various Actuarial Consulting Services Relating To The Management Of The Pension And Provident Plans Of The Pharmacists’ Old Age Insurance Fund (Cavp). The Holder Will Be Responsible For Calculating The Commitment Of The Supplementary Capitalization Plan As Well As Other Actuarial Consulting Services Relating To The Retirement Plans (Distribution And Capitalization) And Welfare Plans For Pharmacists, The Content Of Which Will Be Determined By The Team In Charge Of Managing The Plans. This Contract Is A Framework Agreement For Purchase Orders With A Single Economic Operator In Application Of Articles L. 2125-1 1° And R. 2162-1 Et Seq. Of The Public Procurement Code. It Is Concluded With No Minimum Amount And For A Maximum Amount Of 400,000 Euros Excluding Tax Over Its Entire Duration Of Execution.
