Miscellaneous General And Special-Purpose Machinery – Public Tender For Sulfur Granulate Dosing Plant For Helsingør Kraftvarmeværk A/S. Helsingør Kraftvarmeværk A/S (Høk) Is To Purchase A Sulfur Granulate Dosing Plant, Which Is To Be Built In And Integrated Into The Existing Fuel And Boiler Plant. The Sulfur Granulate Dosing Plant Itself Must Be Located In A Newly Constructed Building, In Which A Volume Has Been Set Aside For The Machine Itself And Storage Functions Separately. The Overall Project Consists Of A Mechanical Engineering Part, A Construction Engineering Part And Adaptation Of The Existing Facility. This Tender Includes The Purchase Of The Mechanical Engineering Part, Which I.A. Includes Delivery And Installation Of The Sulfur Dosing System. Adding Sulfur To The Fuel Is A Known Method By Which The Problems With Slag Formation Can Be Reduced. The Sulfur Dosing Plant Will Thus Reduce Slag Formation And Thus Increase Operating Efficiency, Reduce The Need For Shutdowns, Improve The Working Environment And Ensure Better Control Of The Plants Emissions. The Project Thus Has Both Operational, Working Environment And Environmental Significance.
