This Is A Negotiated Procedure With A Participation Competition In Accordance With Section 11 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Alt. 2 Vsvgv. The Subject Of The Contract To Be Awarded Is The Procurement For The Delivery And Setup Of Software As A Complete System A) For The Analysis, It-Supported Comparison And Research Of Mass Data In A Collection Of Several Partly Federated Source Databases As Well As Data Imported On An Occasion-Related Basis, In Particular From The Backup Of Digital Evidence By The Sh Police, B) For The Technical Integration Of Existing Data Sources In A Central Data Integration Platform (Data Integration Component). The License Requirement Initially Includes 30 Simultaneous Users; The License Quantity Required For This Must Be Obtained. There Should Be The Option To Expand The Number To Up To 75 Simultaneous Users. This Option Must Be Included In The Offer, But Actual Use Is Optional. The Client Provides For A Staggering Of The Additional Licenses That Can Be Purchased Optionally. The Additional Licenses Are Offered In Stages: Option 1 Enables The Procurement Of 20 Additional Licenses (50 Users In Total), Option 2 Allows For A Further 25 Licenses Each, So That A Maximum Number Of Users Of 75 Can Be Achieved. The Term Of The License Is Three Years From The Acceptance Of The Contract. The Client Has The Right To Extend The Term Up To Three Times By Twelve Months Each Time. Licenses Acquired Under Options 1 And 2 Have A Term Of Three Years From Their Provision, Which Can Also Be Extended Three Times By Twelve Months Each, But The Licenses Acquired By Exercising The Option Expire At The Latest At The Same Time As The Term Of The Licenses Initially Acquired On A Basic Basis. The Client Uses An Evb-It Transfer Agreement Type B, An Evb-It Maintenance Agreement And An Evb-It Service Agreement As The Basis For The Contractual Agreement. These Will Be Made Available Together With The Other Documents In The Offer Phase. The Procurement Essentially Includes The Following Services: The Rental Of An Overall System Consisting Of • An Analysis Software For The Comprehensive Analysis, The It-Supported Comparison And The Research Of Mass Data In The Inventory Of Several Partly Federated Source Databases As Well As Data Imported On An Occasion-Related Basis, In Particular From The Backup Of Digital Evidence By The Sh Police And • A Central Data Integration Platform (Data Integration Component) For The Integration Of The Existing Data Sources, Which Can Be Installed In The Dataport Data Center - On Premise. This Includes A Productive, Development And Test System That Is To Be Integrated Into The Existing It Infrastructure Of The Sh Police.
