Descriptionetat For Social Services Is Responsible For Individual Services For People With Drug Problems, Including Health And Care Services According To The Patient And User Rights Act § 2-1A Cf. The Health And Care Services Act § 3-2, Subsection 6 Letter B, And Must Offer Accommodation And Services To Two Male Users With Rop Disorder. The Purpose Of The Service Offer Is To Ensure Proper Health And Care Services Through A Housing Offer That Facilitates A Safe, Predictable And Dignified Everyday Life With A High Quality Of Life. The Services Shall Be Based On An Environmental Therapeutic Approach With An Emphasis On Care, Clear Communication, Structure And Regulation Of Behaviour. An Offer Of Round-The-Clock Health And Care Services Shall Be Procured For Both Users. User B Has A Long-Term Relationship, And The Offer Must Therefore Also Include Housing For The Person Concerneds Partner. If The Housing And Service Offer For One Of The Users Ceases During The Contract Period, The Municipality Must Have The Option Of Letting Another User Within The Same Target Group (People With Substance Abuse And/Or Rop Disorder) Take Over The Place. Further Terms For This Are Agreed Between The Client And The Supplier.
