Furthermore, Suitable Evaluation Standards Should Be Developed With Which The Suitability Of Different Solutions Can Be Assessed With Regard To Traffic Safety, Traffic Flow And Practicability. As A Result Of The Research Project, Recommendations For Action Must Be Developed For The Planning, Tendering, Approval And Operation Of Construction Site Access Routes In Longitudinal Traffic. Among Other Things, Specifications Have To Be Derived For Suitable Location, Development Length, Signage And Marking As Well As Traffic Engineering Measures. In Addition, Suggestions For Updating Existing Rules, Guidelines, Regulations And Technical Regulations Should Be Derived (E.G. Rsa, Vwv Stvo, Ztv Sa). The Project Is Intended To Contribute To The Safe, Efficient And Regulatory-Compliant Handling Of Long-Term Jobs On Heavily Used Federal Highways.
