The Subject Of The Performance Of This Public Contract Is The Creation, Operation And Development Of A Functional Unit Of Water Management Infrastructure Records In Order To Fulfill The Obligations Set Out In: - Act No. 274/2001 Coll., On Water Supply And Sewerage For Public Use And On The Amendment Of Certain Laws (Water Supply And Sewerage Act), As Amended, And Its Implementing Regulations, - In Act No. 254/2001 Coll., On Water And On The Amendment Of Certain Laws (Water Law), As Amended, And Its Implementing Regulations, - Methodological Instructions Related To These Laws. The Public Contract Includes The Following Activities: - Development And Delivery Of A Functional Unit, - Temporary Services With A Fixed Performance (From The Start Of Pilot Operation To The Handover And Takeover Of The Functional Unit), - Services With A Fixed Performance (Proper Operation Services, Corrective Support Services, Preventive Support Services, User Support), - Performance Services (Development Services, Minor Development, Professional Services).
