Intercity Railway Works – Electrification Of The Line Havlíčkův Brod – Ždírec Nad Doubravou – Hlinsko. The Aim Of The Work Is The Simple Electrification Of The Section Havlíčkův Brod – Hlinsko V Čechá (Including) And The Line Section Tunel – Kubešův Mlýn. The Construction Will Include The Construction Of A New Traction Line, The Replacement Of Inadequate Cabling, The Construction Of A New Switching Station Of Sps Havlíčkův Brod And The Modification Or Replacement Of Inadequate Road Overpasses. The Subject Of This Public Contract Is Also The Provision Of Related Project Activities, Namely The Processing Of Project Documentation For The Building. The Project Documentation Of The Building Is Understood As The Project Documentation Of The Building According To The Internal Regulations Of The Contracting Authority Of The Directive Sž Sm011 Construction Documentation Of The Railway Administration, A State Organization And According To Annexes No. 1 And No. 3 Of Decree No. 227/2024 Coll., In The Complete Scope Specifying The Building In Technical, Economic And Architectural Details, Which Are Clearly Defined By The Subject Of The Public Contract According To The Tender Documentation. The Project Documentation Will Determine The Physical, Material, Construction Technical, Technological, Layout And Operational Characteristics Of The Work And The Quality That Takes Into Account The Impact Of The Construction On The Environment, And Will Enable The Creation Of A List Of Works With A Statement Of Dimensions, A Detailed Itemized Budget For Individual Objects Of The Construction Part (So) And Objects Of Technical And Technological Equipment (Ps) And The Overall Budget As A Basis For Partial Invoicing During The Construction Implementation. The Project Documentation Will Respect The Approved Documentation For The Project Intent, Including The Approved Investment Costs. The Project Works Include All Activities And Documents Ensuring A Comprehensive Public Hearing, Discussions With The Owners Of The Immovable Property In Question And Securing All The Necessary Documents And Certificates Required For The Issuance Of A Construction Permit (If Necessary For The Performance Of The Public Contract), Based On The Clients Power Of Attorney. Part Of The Contractors Activity Is Also The Supervision Of The Designer In The Sense Of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Construction Act, As Amended. As Part Of The Processing Of The Project Documentation, The Contractor Will Ensure The Processing Of Documents For The Implementation Of The Construction In The Necessary Quantity And Form. The Construction Contractor Will Ensure The Processing Of Applications For The Necessary Planning Permission And Ensure Its Issuance If Necessary For The Performance Of The Public Contract.
