Software Implementation Services – Implementation Of E-Services With The Supply Of Computer Equipment Co-Financed Under The Project Digital Craft Museum In Krosno. 1. The Order Includes The Development Of An It System For Digital E-Services, Including The Supply Of Equipment, Implementation And Maintenance. 2. Subject To The Provisions Of The Swz, The Materials And Equipment Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order Are Fully Secured By The Contractor. When Performing The Order, The Contractor Is Entitled To Use Materials Or Devices From Any Manufacturer, Provided That They Meet The Requirements And Have Technical, Quality, Functional And Operational Parameters Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Documentation Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Its Implementation Are Specified In: 1) Annex No. 2 To Swz - Sopz. 2) Annex No. 3 To Swz – Contract Template. 4. If The Documentation Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Would Indicate, In Relation To Certain Materials Or Devices, Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or Specific Processes That Characterize The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor/Producer, These Descriptions Are Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. The Ordering Partys Intention Is Not To Indicate Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor/Producer, But To Indicate The Minimum Level Of Quality And Functional Features And Possibly Use Exemplary Names Only To Clarify The Level Of The Ordering Partys Expectations In Relation To A Specific Solution. The Criterion Used To Assess Equivalence Is To Offer A Product Or Service With No Worse Basic Technical, Quality, Functional Or Utility Parameters Than Those Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, For The Same Purpose, Which Will Not Lower The Standards Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Refers To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described And Indicates That In The Case Of Such A Reference It Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. 5. If A Specific Standard, Technical Assessment, Technical Specification Or Technical Reference System Is Indicated In The Procurement Documents, This Reference Should Also Be Understood As The Standard/Specification/Assessment/System Current On The Date Of Submission Of Offers Or A Standard Replacing The Indicated Standard, As Well As An Equivalent Solution, Provided That It Ensures That The Ordering Partys Requirements Are Met To An Extent Not Less Than The Standard Indicated In The Procurement Documents. In The Event Of Discrepancies Between The Standard Indicated In The Procurement Documents And The Standard Replacing It Or A Later One, The Contractor May Use The Replacing Standard Or An Equivalent Solution, Provided That It Is Demonstrated That It Ensures The Fulfillment Of The Ordering Partys Requirements At Least To An Extent Not Less Than The Solution Described In The Procurement Documents.
