Construction Supervision Services - Preparation Of A Report On Investment Compliance Of A Work Project And Exercise Of Construction Supervision Of A Site: Sewage And Water Supply Network Of The Town Of Trastenik - Stage 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Following Activities: Assessment Of The Compliance Of The Investment Project And Implementation Of Independent Construction Supervision During Construction: Sewerage And Water Supply Network Of The Town Of Trastenik - Stage 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes Construction Supervision Activities Within The Meaning Of Art. 166, Para. 1 Of The Law On Territorial Planning (Zut), Control Of Compliance With The Requirements Under Art. 169, Paras. 1 And 3 Of The Zut When Performing Construction And Assembly Works Included In The Scope Of The Order. The Scope Of The Contractors Work Includes The Following Main Activities: Activity 1. Assessment Of The Compliance Of Investment Projects In The Working Project Phase, According To The Requirements Of The Zut; Activity 2. Construction Supervision During The Implementation Of The Object, Until Its Acceptance And Commissioning, According To The Requirements Of The Zut And Guaranteeing The Application Of The Bulgarian Regulatory Requirements; Activity 3. Fulfilling The Function Of Safety And Health Coordinator, According To Ordinance No. 2 Of 22.03.2004 On The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety Working Conditions In The Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works; Activity 4. Preparation Of A Technical Passport According To Art. 176A Of The Zut And Ordinance No. 5/28.12.2006 For The Entire Site Or For The Relevant Part Of The Site, If A Phased Handover Of Parts Of The Entire Construction Contract Is Carried Out. The Scope, Volume And Technical Requirements Are Detailed And Regulated In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of The Documentation For This Public Procurement. ​​​​​​​
