Civil Engineering Consultancy Services – Service Contract For Technical Support Within The Framework Of Railway Structures For The Drafting Of Regulations And Participation In European And National Working Groups.. The Purpose Of The Contract Is To Provide Technical Assistance In The Design, Calculation And Project Of Railway Structures To The State Railway Safety Agency (Hereinafter The Agency Or Aesf) For The Preparation Of National And European Regulations Within The Scope Of Its Powers. This Assistance Will Also Be Provided In All Working Groups, Both National And International, In Which The Aesf Participates, Related To Railway Structures, Including Those Related To The Structural Eurocodes. Also In Those Working Groups That Develop The National Annexes Necessary For The Application Of The Eurocodes In Relation To Railway Structures And The Non-Contradictory Complementary Documents That Are Prepared In Relation To Them.
