Maintenance And Repair Of Data Network Equipment – Framework Agreement For The Supply, Installation, Connection And Testing Of Data Center Cabling, Pdus And Associated Accessories. The Contracting Authority Has Two Data Centers Whose Physical Infrastructure Has Been Completely Renovated. As Part Of This Renovation, The Structured Network Cabling, Including Patch Cables, Patch Panels, Cassettes And Associated Accessories, Was Replaced. The Existing Data Center Environment Consists Of Approximately 78 Racks. The Existing Structured Cabling Infrastructure Mainly Consists Of Reichle & De Massari Ag Brand Components And Includes: • U/Ftp Cat 6A Copper Cabling; • Multimode Fiber Optic Cabling; • Single-Mode Fiber Optic Cabling; • Mpo Cabling; • Patch Panels, Cassettes, Connectors And Associated Accessories; • Cable Guidance And Management Systems; • Components That Integrate With An Automated Infrastructure Management System For The Physical Network Layer. The Data Centers Are Also Equipped With Rack Pdus From The Schneider Electric Apc Range And Associated Lockable Power Cables. Infrastructure Changes, Replacements, Expansions And New Network Projects Regularly Create A Need For Additional Cabling, Patch Cables, Pdus, Power Cables And Accessories. Existing Infrastructure Must Remain Operational And Newly Delivered Components Must Be Certified Interoperable With Existing Infrastructure. The Contracting Authoritys Infrastructure Standards Also Provide For The Use Of Cat 6A Utp Cabling, Os1/Os2 Single-Mode Cabling And Multi-Mode Fiber Within The Network And Data Center Environment. 2.2. To-Be Description The Contracting Authority Wishes To Enter Into A Framework Agreement With An Appropriate Market Participant For On-Demand Delivery And, Where Applicable, Installation, Connection, Testing And Certification Of Physical Data Center Cabling, Pdus, Power Cables And Associated Accessories. The Future Framework Agreement Must Enable The Contracting Authority To Respond Quickly And In A Technically Controlled Manner To: • Modifications And Extensions Of The Existing Data Center Infrastructure, While Maintaining Compatibility And Interoperability With The Existing Infrastructure, In Particular: O Existing Trunks; O Existing Patch Panels; O Existing Accessories. The Future Mission Will Include: 1. Horizontal Cabling The Supply And Installation Of Copper, Fiber Optic And Mpo Cabling Between Racks, Both Via Prefabricated Systems And Via Systems Where Cable And Cassette Are Supplied Separately And Connected On Site. 2. Vertical Cabling The Supply Of Patch Cables And Other Cabling Components To Connect It Equipment Within Racks, Including Standard, Slimline Or Thin Versions. 3. Cabling Components And Accessories The Supply Of Patch Panels, Cassettes, Connectors, Adapters, Cable Management Systems, Labels And Other Associated Parts
