The Municipality Of Ostseebad Laboe Is Planning To Redesign The Beach Promenade Between The Swimming Pool And The Marine Memorial In The Baltic Sea Resort Of Laboe In Order To Increase The Attractiveness And Quality Of The Tourist Infrastructure. The Promenade Is To Be Redesigned To Be Barrier-Free, Including Additional Seating With A Sea View And A New Lighting Concept. A Draft Has Already Been Created For This. The Costs Of Cost Groups 200-700 Were Estimated At Approximately €1.8 Million Net. For This Purpose, Planning Offices Are Invited To Take Part In The Competition, Which Cover The Service Profile Of Property Planning For Outdoor Facilities In Accordance With Section 39 Hoai And Have Implemented Similar Measures In The Past.
