Event Services – Organization Of Regional Conferences From The Innovative Małopolska Series, Including Option Rights. 1. The Subject Of The Basic Order Is The Organization Of 6 Regional Conferences From The Innovative Małopolska Series, Including: A) Providing Facilities / Places For Organizing The Conference; B) Preparation And Conduct Of The Conference, Including: Providing Substantive Staff, Organization Of Space, Registration Of Participants. C) Promotional And Information Activities Of The Conference; D) Preparation And Service Of The Coffee Area And Lunch At The Conference. 2. The Contract Under The Option Right Covers The Organization Of A Maximum Of 4 Additional Regional Conferences. 3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Exercise The Option Right In Whole Or In Part, Consisting In Commissioning The Organization Of Additional Conferences. 4. The Implementation Of Conferences Covered By The Option Right Will Take Place On The Terms Specified For The Basic Order. The Scope Of Services, Quality Requirements, Implementation Conditions And Obligations Of The Contractor Specified In This Sopz Remain The Same For Conferences Carried Out Under The Basic Order And Conferences Covered By The Option Law. 5. The Ordering Party Will Exercise The Option Right By Each Time Submitting To The Contractor A Separate Declaration On The Exercise Of The Option, Including The Order To Organize A Given Additional Regional Conference. 6. The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Public Procurement Contract - Contract Template And Constitute Annex No. 1C To The Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract Template). 7. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Sopz) Constitutes Annex No. 1D To The Swz And Will Be Included As An Annex To The Public Procurement Contract. 8. The Ordering Party Specifies That The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Transfer The Copyrights To The Performed Works To The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Contract. 9. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Instructions Resulting From Art. 95 Of The Act Specifies That It Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Contract, Consisting In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 §1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code. 10. The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Małopolska Go! Project.
