Prior Information Notice For Construction Work – Construction Team Redevelopment Of Public Space Bogaard Municipality Of Rijswijk. The Assignment Concerns The Redesign Of Approximately 14,400 M² Of Public Space Within Bogaard. The Work Is Expected To Include: • Ground And Civil Engineering Work; • Construction Of Paving And Other Surfaces; • Construction Of Green Areas; • Other Design Of Public Space; • Phasing And Construction Logistics; • Temporary Facilities And Measures; • Blvc Measures; • Coordination With Other Developments And Activities In The Area; • Management And Maintenance For Three Years After Construction; • Restoration And Maintenance During This Management Period; • Transfer After The Three-Year Management Period To The Management Department Of The Municipality Of Rijswijk. A Final Design (Do) Is Already Available For The Project. The Municipality Is Considering First Involving The Selected Contractor In A Construction Team Phase. The Added Value Of The Construction Team Is Therefore Not Primarily Sought In Redesigning Public Space, But, Among Other Things, 14,400 M² Of Public Space
