Heat-Exchange Units – Awarding Of Design, Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Delivery, Transport, Assembly Controls, Commissioning Monitoring, Trial Operation And Acceptance Of District Heating Heating Condensers For The New Heat Transfer Station. In Addition To The Mhkw Conversion Project, The Construction Of A New Heat Extraction Station (District Heating Transfer Station) On The Mhkw Premises Is Planned As Part Of Construction Phase 2. After The System Technology Of Line 1 Has Been Dismantled, A New Heat Extraction Station With District Heating Heating Condensers (Fw Heating Condensers) Will Be Built In Its Place In Component (Bt) 03. The Future Heat Extraction From The Mhkw Will No Longer Take Place Via Steam, But Rather Via Hot Water. The Planned Change To The Mhkw By Setting Up And Operating A Heat Extraction Station Will Be Applied For As Part Of A Change Procedure In Accordance With Section 16 Bimschg. The Immission Control Approval Application In Accordance With The 17Th Bimschv Of The Bimschg Has Already Been Discussed In Advance With The Approval Authority And Will Be Submitted In Parallel With This Award Procedure. The Owner Of The Heat Extraction Station Is The Zas. The Operator Of The Mhkw And Thus Also The Heat Extraction Station Up To The Interface Of The Fw Line (Planning Boundary) Within The Meaning Of The Bimschg Is Entega Ag. As Part Of The Operating And Management Contract, The Zas Has Commissioned Entega (“Operational Management Mhkw” Department) To Manage The Mhkw And Thus Also The Heat Extraction Station In The Name And On Behalf Of The Zas. With This Tender, The Client Intends To Design, Plan, Purchase, Manufacture, Deliver, Transport, Assembly Inspections, Commissioning Monitoring, Trial Operation And Acceptance Of Fw Heating Condensers For The New Heat Transfer Station. The Basic Concept Of The Future Heat Extraction Station In The Mhkw Darmstadt Is Based On The Principle That The Heating Condensers Are Integrated Into The Mhkw System In Terms Of Process Technology And Installation Technology. In Contrast To The Current Concept Of Steam Supply To The District Heating Center Frankfurter-Str. (Fwhz-Fs), The New Heat Extraction Station With Fw Heating Condensers (Fw-Heikos) Will Be Placed On The Mhkw Premises. In The New Heat Extraction Station, The Heat Is Extracted Via These Fw-Heikos. In The Future, The Fw-Heikos Will Be Able To Couple Out Hot Water Directly Into A Connecting Pipe To The Fwhz-Fs. The Heat Extraction Station Is Dimensioned To The Maximum Possible Heat Output, Which Can Be Extracted Based On The Operating Range Of The Mhp System. The Fw-Heikos Are Connected In Such A Way That The Maximum Heat Transfer Performance Can Be Generated With Pronounced Redundancy. The Heat Extraction Station Consists Of One (1) Fw-Heiko 1 And Two (2) Fw-Heiko 2, Designated Fw-Heiko 2A And Fw-Heiko 2B. On The Hot Water Side, The Fw-Heiko 1 And Fw-Heiko 2A Or Fw-Heiko 2B Are Connected In Series. When There Is A High Heat Requirement, The Hot Water Flows First Through The Fw-Heiko 1 And Then Through The Fw-Heiko 2A Or Fw-Heiko 2B. As A Result, The Heat Extraction On The Hot Water Side Takes Place Over 2 Stages: In The First Stage, The Return Water From The Fw Network Is Warmed Up In The Fw-Heiko 1
