The Public Procurement In Question Is Performed By The Client, The Municipality Of Velenje, On Its Own Behalf And For Its Own Account And On Behalf Of And For The Account Of The Institute For Health Insurance Of Slovenia (Hereinafter: Zzzs) As A Co-Owner Of The Premises In The Facility, On The Condition That An Agreement On The Regulation Of Mutual Relations Will Be Reached At The Time Of The Publication Of The Public Procurement Contract.
