Construction, Foundation And Surface Works For Highways, Roads - Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For Engineering (Design, Construction And Authors Supervision) For Construction, Reconstruction, Rehabilitation And Major Repair Of Roads And Streets On The Territory Of The Kozloduy Municipality, If Necessary. By Carrying Out The Present Procedure, The Contracting Authority Aims To Conclude A Framework Agreement With One Contractor For The Assignment Of Engineering Activities (Design, Construction And Authors Supervision) In The Construction, Reconstruction, Rehabilitation And Major Repair Of Roads And Streets On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Kozloduy, Should The Need Arise. In The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Following Activities Will Be Carried Out: - Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Project Phase; - Carrying Out Construction Works; - Exercise Of Authors Supervision During The Construction The Construction Works, Subject Of The Public Procurement May Include: - Construction Of Roads And/Or Streets And/Or Road Facilities On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Kozloduy; - Reconstruction Of Roads And/Or Streets And/Or Facilities On The Territory Of Kozloduy Municipality; - Rehabilitation Of Roads And/Or Streets And/Or Facilities On The Territory Of Kozloduy Municipality; - Major Repair Of Roads And/Or Streets And/Or Facilities On The Territory Of Kozloduy Municipality; - Carrying Out The Necessary Tests And Laboratory Tests; - Removal Of Manifested Defects During The Warranty Periods. Category Of The Intended Objects Falling Within The Scope Of The Order - Iii Category. The Following Types Of Works Are Planned For Implementation: Earthworks, Road Works, Asphalt Works, Curbs And Sidewalks, Drainage, Street Lighting And Others. Section V Main Types Of Activities Of The Technical Specification Contains Detailed Information On The Construction And Installation Works That Are Included In Each Type Of Account. The Scope And Volume Of The Specific Contracts Awarded On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement Will Depend On The Specific Needs Of The Contracting Authority, As Well As On The Requirements Of The Regulatory Framework During The Term Of The Framework Agreement. The Contracting Authority Declares Execution Of The Necessary Activities, Specifying Their Parameters, According To Their Needs, Without The Obligation To Declare Execution For The Full Amount Of The Estimated Value Of The Public Procurement. On The Basis Of The Concluded Framework Agreement, The Contracting Authority Will Conclude Specific Contracts For The Award Of Public Procurement After Completing The Offer By The Contractor, According To Art. 82, Para. 2 Of The Zop.
