Scope Of The Order: Preparation Of An Assessment Of The Compliance Of The Investment Projects And Implementation Of Independent Construction Supervision During The Implementation Of Construction And Installation Works Commissioned By The Metropolitan Municipality - Ilinden Region, Including: - Assessment Of The Compliance Of The Investment Project With The Basic Requirements For Constructions According To Art. 142, Para. 5 And Paragraph 10 Of The Zut; - Providing Expert Support To The Contracting Authority And The Designer In The Coordination Of The Investment Project With The Competent Control Authorities, Operating Companies And Interested Parties; - Preparation Of A Complex Report According To Art. 142, Para. 6, Item 2 Of Zut; - Exercise Of Construction Supervision According To Art. 168, Para. 1 In Connection With Art. 168, Para. 2 Of The Zut And Carrying Out Inspection And Control Of The Construction Products Delivered And Used In The Construction, Which Ensure The Fulfillment Of The Basic Requirements For The Construction In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Regulation Under Art. 9, Para. 2, Item 5 Of The Law On Technical Requirements For Products; - Fulfilling The Functions Of A Safety And Health Coordinator For The Stage Of Construction Implementation According To Ordinance No. 2 Of 22.03.2004 On The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety At Work During Construction And Assembly Works; - Preparation Of A Final Report According To Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Zut; - Compilation And Registration Of A Technical Passport For The Construction According To Art. 176A Of The Zut And Ordinance No. 5 Of 28.12.2006 On The Technical Passports Of Constructions. With The Implementation Of The Public Procurement, The Contracting Authority Aims To Take Maximum Care For Year-Round Normal Work In The Investment Process, By Providing A Quick Way To Select A Contractor In The Event Of A Need To Award The Expert Services, Within The Scope Described In The Attached Technical Specification, In Accordance With Its Current Needs, For The Following Objects:  Transport And Adjacent Technical Infrastructure - Roads, Streets, Sidewalks, Their Facilities, Etc.;  Transmission, Distribution Wires (Networks) Of The Technical Infrastructure And The Facilities Related To Them In The Field Of Water Supply, Sewage, Electricity Supply, Heat Supply, Gas Supply, Etc.;  Constructions Necessary To Protect And Protect The Population And Restore The Regions From Disasters And Accidents;  Hydrotechnical Facilities;  Parks, Squares, Pedestrian Areas, Gardens, Landscaped Areas;  Physical Infrastructure For Deployment Of Electronic Communication Networks And Facilities. The Contracting Authority Does Not Specify Quantitative Parameters In The Price Proposal, Given The Nature Of The Procedure, Namely – A Framework Agreement. Quantitative Parameters Will Be Specified For Each Specific Award On A Current Basis
