1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Main Low-Voltage Switchboard For The Needs Of The Independent Public Health Care Center In Lubartów As Part Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To Swz.2. The Task Is Carried Out As Part Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026.3. If The Contractor Selects His Offer As The Most Advantageous, He Will Be Obliged To Have Civil Liability Insurance For The Activities Carried Out As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Throughout The Entire Period Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, With The Minimum Value Presented In The Contractors Offer. Before Signing The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Present A Policy Or Other Insurance Document Confirming (Together With Proof Of Insurance Premium Payment) That He Is Insured In Accordance With The Above Requirements. 4. The Ordering Party Informs That, As A Rule, The Subject Of The Order Is Accepted When The Subject Of The Order Is Completed Without Any Reservations Or Defects. In Exceptional Circumstances, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Accepting The Subject Of The Order With Minor Defects. The Ordering Party Understands The Term Defects As Follows: A) Significant Defects Of Construction Works Are Considered To Be Defects That Prevent The Proper And Normal Use Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Requirements And Objectives Of The Contract Concluded In This Respect, Differ Significantly From The Functional And Aesthetic Features Specific To The Specific Nature Of Construction Works, Significantly Reduce The Value, Or Consist In A Significant Deviation From The Requirements For The Performance Of The Contract. Significant Defects Of Construction Works Will Also Include Defects That Require The Development Of Additional Design Documentation In Order To Repair Them Or Were Made Contrary To The Content Of The Concluded Contract And/Or The Principles Of Technical Knowledge. B) Immaterial Defects Will Mean Defects That Do Not Affect The Proper Use Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Do Not Have The Characteristics Of Significant Defects, Which Can Be Removed By The Contractor Implementing A Given Subject Of The Order After The Acceptance Of The Construction Works Within 14 Business Days From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol And Which Do Not Require Further Interference In The Completed Subject Of The Contract. (E.G. Re-Execution Of Some Finishing Works, Disassembly And Reassembly Of Equipment Elements), In Particular: Careless Installation Of Equipment Elements, Inaccurate Painting Of Wall Fragments, Gaps In The Joint Filling In The Wall With Ceramic Tiles, Or Other Minor Workmanship Defects.5.
