The Subject Of The Order Includes Conservation, Restoration And Construction Works In The Historic Manor Of The Creative Work House Reymontówka In Chlewiska. Construction Works Include: 7 Hotel Rooms With Bathrooms, 3 Office Rooms With Bathrooms, A Canteen And Fragments Of The Communication Area Within The Rooms - On The Ground Floor. The Scope Of Work Includes: Renovation And Addition Of Plasters, Taking Into Account The Colors Typical Of The Monument, Painting Walls And Supplementing Wainscoting; Renovation Of Wooden Doors, Window Sills, Parquets And Wooden Floors; Renovation Of A Historic Tiled Stove; Modernization Of The Electrical Installation; Ventilation; Replacement Of Terracotta, Tiles, Sanitary Equipment, Plumbing Equipment And Bathroom Equipment. Any Changes In The Color Scheme That Are Not A Recreation Of The Existing Color Scheme Should Be Agreed With The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments. All Materials Used In The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Should Meet The Requirements Specified In The Decision Of The Mazovian Provincial Conservator Of Monuments.
