Tenders Are Invited For Renovation Of The Main Entrance Stairs To Building No. 40 Of The Faculty Of Mechanical And Shipbuilding Engineering Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology

The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Main Entrance Stairs To Building No. 40 Of The Faculty Of Mechanical And Shipbuilding Engineering Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology2.The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others: The Main Entrance Stairs, According To The Existing Condition, Are Made Of Reinforced Concrete Technology With Cladding Of Steps, Risers And Landings Made Of Terrazzo. Both The Stairs And Side Walls Have Defects And Cracks. The Stairs Were Not Rebuilt During The Last Works Related To The Reconstruction Of The Building, And The Current Repairs Of The Steps Were Aimed At Replacing The Damaged Fragments In Order To Ensure The Safe Use Of The Stairs. The Scope Of Work Includes A Comprehensive Renovation Of Stairs And Side Walls, Consisting Of Chipping Away Existing Surfaces From Terrazzo Mass, Leveling And Supplementing Side Walls, Steps, Risers And Platforms With Repair Mortar, Making Moisture-Proof Insulation Of All Surfaces With A Cement-Based Insulating Mortar, Laying New Surfaces Of Granite Slabs, Repairing Cracks In Side Walls, And Applying New Mosaic Resin Plasters On Side Walls. The Existing Recessed Doormats Will Be Replaced Along With Water Drainage, And A Heating Cable Will Be Laid On The Steps And Platforms. 3. The Ordering Party Requires A Guarantee Of At Least 3 Years, The Warranty Period Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers. If The Contractor Proposes A Shorter Warranty Period, The Offer Will Be Rejected As Not Meeting The Requirements Of The Ordering Party.4.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex 4 To This Swz5.The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
