The Trip Includes: - Travel In A Vehicle/Vehicles That Must Be Technically Efficient, Have Current Technical Condition Tests, Number Of Seats For At Least 35 Passengers, Air Conditioning In Each Coach, Reclining Seats With Seat Belts, - Departure From The School And Return To The Same Place, - Personal Accident Insurance (Nnw) For The Trip Participants, - Provision Of Food For All Trip Participants: Two-Course Lunch + Drink Min. 250 Ml,- Workshop Fees. Transport Services Including Coach Travel: 1-Day Service Up To 200 Km One Way, From 8 To 12 Hours For 31 Groups (31 Trips) For A Minimum Of 33 To A Maximum Of 55 People. The Duration Of A 1-Day Service Is From 8 To 12 Hours In Total (Transfer - On Site - Return). The Trip Will Cover A Distance Of Up To 400 Km In Both Directions. The Full Cost Of The Service Should Be Taken Into Account, I.E. The Costs Of Food And Accident Insurance For The Trip Participants (Students + Guardians), The Cost Of Workshop Fees, Vehicle Rental, Fuel Costs, The Cost Of Drivers Working Time, The Contractors Margin, The Cost Of Highway Travel And Parking Fees.
