Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of A Used Bus To Transport Children To Schools In The Blizanów Commune

The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of One Used Bus For The Purpose Of Transporting Students To Schools In The Blizanów Commune, Meeting The Technical And Operational Parameters Described In Annex No. 7 To The Swz - Entitled Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Remaining Requirements Are Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. Basic Requirements For The Vehicle: 1) The Vehicle Should Have A Current Technical Inspection Included In The Registration Certificate. A Vehicle Registered Outside Poland Should Have A Complete Set Of Documents With Translations Provided For By Law, Authorizing The Purchase And Registration Of A Car In Poland.2) The Contractor Must Be The Owner Of The Vehicle, Free From The Rights And Claims Of Third Parties, Able To Transfer Its Ownership To The Ordering Party At The Moment Of Concluding The Contract. The Vehicle Cannot Constitute Bank Security Or The Subject Of Third Party Rights.3) The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Technical Requirements Specified By The Regulations In Force In Poland For Vehicles Traveling On Public Roads, Including Technical Conditions Resulting From The Act Of June 20, 1997 Road Traffic Law And Implementing Regulations To This Act.4) The Delivered Car Must Have Two Sets Of Ignition Keys And Full Documentation Enabling Registration Of The Vehicle. Order Fulfillment Procedure. The Subject Of The Order Is Implemented In The Order Described Below: Stage I - Transfer Of Vehicle Documentation. Immediately After Concluding The Contract, Within The Deadline Specified In The Contract Template, The Contractor Provides The Ordering Party With A Set Of Documents Necessary To Register The Vehicle In The Republic Of Poland, Including In Particular: The Ec Certificate Of Conformity Or The Individual Vehicle Approval Certificate, The Existing Registration Certificate Together With The Required Translations (If The Vehicle Was Registered Outside Poland), A Document Confirming The Purchase Of The Vehicle By The Contractor And Other Documents Required By The Competent Registration Authority. The Transfer Of Documents Is Confirmed By A Documentation Transfer Protocol Signed By Both Parties. Ownership Of The Vehicle Passes To The Ordering Party Upon Conclusion Of This Contract. Stage Ii - Vehicle Registration. Based On The Contract Concluded With The Contractor And The Documents Referred To In Stage I, The Ordering Party, On Its Own And At Its Own Expense, Registers The Vehicle And Concludes A Compulsory Third-Party Liability Insurance Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Immediately Correct Any Gaps In The Documentation If They Prove Necessary For Registration. The Duration Of The Administrative Procedure For Vehicle Registration Conducted By The Competent Authority Is Not Included In The Contract Implementation Deadlines Charged To The Contractor, Unless The Delay In Registration Results From Defects Or Incomplete Documents Provided By The Contractor
