Part 1: Cash Register Course. Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Organization And Conduct Of A Stationary Cash Register Course: A.Number Of Participants - 10 People, B. Course Length - 20 Hours (10 Hours Of Theoretical Classes And 10 Hours Of Practice), 2.The Course Program Must Include At Least The Following Issues:A.Criteria And Technical Conditions That Cash Registers Must Meet, B.Regulations Governing The Use Of Cash Registers:• Conditions For Using Cash Registers By Taxpayers,• Mandatory Information Included In The Receipt, C.Criteria And Method Of Conducting Inspections By The Tax Office, D.Sales Records Using Cash Registers, E.Various Forms Of Payment, F.Entering The Cashier Code, G.Cancellation Of A Receipt (Reversal), H.Cash Reports:• General, • Fiscal (Daily, Total Periodic, Detailed Periodic, Close Of Day),I.Programming The Basic Parameters Of The Cash Register, I.E.Sales At The Cash Register - Single Sale With Repetition, K.Cash Deposits And Withdrawals, L.Stock Of Cash On Hand, Incl.Cash Shortages And Surpluses, N.Deleting Transactions, O.Canceling Any Element Of The Transaction And The Last Item, Seeresetting The Error Status.3.The Aim Of The Task Is To Participate In And Complete The Cash Register Course For Students Of The School Complex In Nowy Dwór Gdański, As Well As To Obtain A Certificate Of Completion.4.Each Course Participant Should Be Provided With Appropriate Training Materials, Access To The Cash Register And Stationery In The Form Of An A4 Notebook Of At Least 30 Pages And A Pen.5.Training Materials Should Be Provided To Participants At The Start Of The Course. Each Training Participant Will Confirm Their Receipt On A Collective List, A Template Of Which Will Be Provided By The Ordering Party.6.The Materials Should Be Marked In Accordance With The Manual For Applicants And Beneficiaries Of European Funds For 2021-2027 In The Field Of Information And Promotion. 7. The Training Should End With The Contractor Issuing A Certificate Of Participation In The Course. 8. The Cost Calculation For The Course Should Include: A.Cost Of Conducting The Course, B.The Cost Of Providing Appropriate Training Materials, Access To Cash Registers And Stationery In The Form Of An A4 Notebook Of At Least 30 Pages, A Pen, C. The Cost Of Issuing A Certificate/Certificate Of Course Completion In Polish (With The Number Of Hours Of Individual Course Topics And Appropriate Logos Resulting From The Guidelines Of The European Funds For Pomerania Program 2021-2027) And Its Delivery In Paper Form To The Training Participant. If The Original Certificate Cannot Contain Logos, The Contractor Should Also Take Into Account The Cost Of Issuing An Additional Certificate/Certificate Containing Markings In Accordance With The Guidelines. D.The Cost Of Insuring Course Participants Against Accidents (Nnw). The Minimum Insurance Sum Is Pln 10,000.00 Per Participant. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Copy
