The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Maintenance, Service, Technical Support Services And Ensuring The Continuity Of Operation Of Librus It Systems Used By The Ordering Party And Educational Units Run By The Ordering Party For A Period Of 22 Months, Along With Granting Or Providing The Ordering Party With Appropriate Licenses Or Sublicenses For The Use Of These Systems During The Term Of The Contract. The Order Includes In Particular: A) An Electronic School Register System; B) An Electronic School Secretariat Module; C) A Module/System For Handling Electronic School Certificates; D) A System Supporting The Implementation Of The Obligation To Study By The Managing Authority; E) The Necessary Integration, Communication And Administrative Elements Related To The Proper Functioning Of The Above-Mentioned. Systems;F) System Updates Resulting From Changes In Legal Regulations;G) Technical And Functional Updates Of Systems;H) Technical Assistance And Consultations For System Administrators;I) Removing Errors And Failures;J) Ensuring The Continuity Of Systems Operation To The Extent Resulting From The Terms Of Service Provision;K) Support In The Configuration And Proper Use Of Systems.
