1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New Backhoe Loader With Accessories For The Implementation Of Tasks In The Field Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense. The Equipment Must Be Complete, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Meeting The Requirements Specified In Annex 7 To The Swz, And The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of An Offer With Equipment Better Than The Minimum Requirements. The Backhoe Loader Must Be Brand New (Production Year 2026) And Technically Adapted To Travel On Public Roads.2. Place Of Delivery And Transfer Of The Subject Of The Order: Road And Municipal Services Authority In Czerwionka-Leszczyny, Ul. Polna 6, 44-238 Czerwionka-Leszczyny.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With The Device Documents And Certificates (In Polish): Ce Certificate Of Conformity, Spare Parts Catalog, Warranty Card, User Manual.
